Phantom quartz crystal group with interesting colouring

Measurements:  47 x 35 x 31 mm 

Description:  A group of quartz crystals with interesting, very prominent phantoms, ranging in colour from black, to pinkish-brown, to brick-red. This is the result of 1st generation quartz crystals receiving a hematite coating, which oxidized before receiving a final layer of clear quartz growth. The thinner crystal has some sections that did not receive these coatings (image middle left). 

The widest crystal's termination has nicks, while the other crystal's termination have a few very small nicks. The rest of the specimen has pressure marks and some damage near the bottom. 

The specimen displays well on a flat surface, in an upright position.
