Measurements: 47 x 42 x 27 mm
Description: Two quartz crystals with lovely amethyst colouring, together with a few smaller (mostly damaged) quartz crystals, sit on a small quartz matrix.
About half of the facet surfaces have a slightly dull appearrance, and when viewed with a loupe from the clear surfaces' side, numerous very thin, needle-like inclusions can be seen (possibly epidote), along with a few hematite specks. The smaller quartz crystals also have hematite specks included.
The two main termination points (one male and the other a narrow female point) appear to be without any damage, while there are only a few minute nicks to the termination ridges, but the one crystal has a nick and ding in its lower shaft ridge.
