Description: A phantom quartz crystal with some surfaces having a 'silky' effect.
With the help of a loupe one can see numerous minute quartz crystals along one of the shaft ridges, and a few on an adjoining shaft.
The specimen has very little damage - only a small area near the base where the darker interior is exposed, presumably because a piece of the thin outer layer had chipped off.
