Description: After the quartz crystal had formed, it received a deposit of hematite over the termination. Then at some later stage a layer of secondary quartz growth formed over it, capturing the hematite between the two layers of quartz growth.
The termination point has a few very minute nicks, while the rest of the crystal has a flaw and ontact / pressure marks.
