Quartz Crystals on Matrix – BARG 024

Measurements:  95 x 55 x 25 mm

Description:   A rather spectacular specimen consisting of clear quartz crystals with brown to black hematite specks captured between layers of quartz growth. The matrix (of quartz and feldspar) has been trimmed, so the specimen can display better.

Some of the crystals have small nicks, and one (on the edge) has a flaw.
