Quartz crystal group with goethite

Measurements:  48 x 34 x 25 mm

Description:  A group of quartz crystals with bits of goethite, mined by ourselves. 

The main terminations have no damage. The rest of the specimen has some nicks and pressure / contact  marks.

Weight of Specimen:  18.0 g  

Chemical Composition:  SiO2 (quartz)
                                        α-FeO(OH) (goethite) 

Hardness on Mohs Scale:  (quartz) 7 
                                           (goethite) 5 - 5.5
