Description: A beautiful group of quartz crystals on a basalt matrix. One of the main crystals have only a very slight hint of light amethyst colouring. The main crystals sit in an almost horizontal position to the matrix.
The two main crystals have fused together - their terminations appear to have no damage. Towards the lower part of one of them is a very thin, stable flaw. Most of the smaller crystals are in good condition, and only a few have some nicks and contact marks, mostly near the specimen's edges.
