Description: A
nice size clear quartz crystal (72 x 35 x 31 mm) sitting on a small
piece of quartz matrix. The termination facets have interesting
growth patterns, and there is a lovely
rainbow
near the centre of the crystal. There is just a vague hint of
light amethyst and smoky colouring near
its base, where it is also slightly milky.
There is a flaw
near the lower part of the crystal, and some damage near the base.
A
few minute, and one small nick on the termination edges.
