Description: Two amethyst coloured quartz crystals (the biggest one 22 x 08 x 07 mm), along with a few (?)calcite crystals and a few extremely minute quartz crystals, sit on a conglomerate matrix of basalt rock, quartz, calcite and (?)other minerals. The terminations have pretty growth patterns.
A few of the lesser (very small) calcite crystals are damaged, otherwise no notable damage to specimen.
The two quartz crystals appear to be perfect. The specimen displays well on a flat surface, with the main crystal sitting at an angle of about 45º.
