Double/Multi-Terminated Quartz Crystal with Large Moving Bubble - NBB 082

Measurements: 69 x 44 x 42 mm Description: A double terminated quartz crystal with one of its terminations being multi-terminated. It has areas of light smoky colouring and numerous gas inclusions. The main feature of this crystal is its large moving bubble (± 6 x 12 mm) . The
bubble moves from just below the main termination ridge, well into the
termination. Because of all the gas inclusions, it is not easily
visible on
these images. Therefore we have deliberately darkened the top right
image (same
as one just below it) so that the bubble is more visible. There
is a small blow-out (view image bottom left), and some damage adjacent
to bits of attached limestone. Most of the termination facet surfaces
have a slightly dull appearrance. The terminations have a few
