Quartz, Prehnite, Calcite and Analcime Crystals on Matrix - NBB 180

Measurements:  81 x 56 x 48 mm

Description:  A stunning arrangement (from a very recent find) of gemmy, clear quartz crystals (up to 22 mm long), lovely light green prehnite crystals (up to about 7 mm long) and small, gemmy calcite crystals. These are covered by a scattering of very pretty small, gemmy crystals of analcime. It gives the specimen an appearrance of having  been sprinkled with sugarlike droplets. The whole arrangement sits on a basalt matrix. 

There is damage to the edges of the specimen, while a few of the smaller quartz crystals have nicks, and a few have flaws.

We have never before seen an abundance of analcime scattering like this. This is a VERY special specimen indeed!
