Measurements: 48 x 25 x 22 mm Description: A cathedral quartz crystal with light smoky colouring, a light (not very obvious) phantom and small red hematite inclusions. The crystal has interesting facets / growth patterns. The crystal has a smaller (damaged) crystal at its base. The termination of the main crystal has a very small nick, and a ding close to the crystal's base (visible on image 2nd from top, left). This is part of a rare find at Erongo in 2015. Growth habits can be confusing, so we're not sure whether this
specimen can be classified as cathedral quartz, or not, you decide:
