Azurite and Malachite, on Matrix - NTS 007

Azurite, partly altered to malachite, on matrix.

Measurements:  60 x 53 x 25 mm

Description:  Azurite, partly altered to malachite, sits on a rock matrix with dendrites on the bottom. Parts of the azurite have a white coating of minute (to us, unknown) crystals. 

The specimen displays well on a flat surface, all-round. The matrix (to one of the specimen's sides) has been trimmed. The azurite has a few nicks and contact marks.
