Measurements: 44 x 25 x 17 mm Description: Small, gemmy quartz
crystals (the largest a double terminated group of crystals of about 8 mm)
sit on a
thin layer of pink rhodochrosite which, in turn, sits on a matrix of
manganite
and rock rhodochrosite. The quartz crystals appear to be coloured light pink, and that makes it very, very special! The only damage appears to be along the edges of the rhodochrosite area.
