Description: A two-sided specimen with semi-geodes lined with minute botryoidal rhodochrosite crystals with a pink to light lavender colouring, on matrix. The matrix, with bits of yellowish-brown clay, is unknown to us.
The specimen comes from a pocket that was found in January 2014 at the N'Chwaning 1 mine, Kalahari Manganese Fields.
There is some damage to the edges
of the geodes and semi-geodes.
