Phantom Quartz Crystal Goup – SNCO 009

Stunningly beautiful group of phantom quartz crystals with lovely growth patterns

Measurements:  68 x 40 x 30 mm

Description:  A stunningly beautiful group of phantom quartz crystals with lovely growth patterns, seen especially when turned in light. The colour is due to hematite inclusions.

Was it not for a neat pressure mark, this specimen would've been a floater. On the lesser side (amongst the numerous facets) is a minute cube (roughly 2 x 2 mm) which is possibly a pyrite crystal, covered with hematite.

The specimen, which displays well on a flat surface in various positions, has a few small nicks.
