Description: A sceptre cathedral quartz crystal from a very unusual find.
The shaft of the crystal has numerous very minute quartz crystals on it (best appreciated with the help of a loupe) and a coating of reddish-brown hematite. The bottom of the crystal is also unusual in the sense that it is completely covered by numerous facets in pale opaque quartz.
There is a small nick at the termination base and an area on the shaft where a small crystal broke off.
