Purple colour-zoned fluorite crystal on phantom quartz crystals, on matrix

Measurements:  32 x 32 x 16 mm

Description:  A group of phantom quartz crystals (phantoms caused by hematite over 1st generation quartz growth) plays host to a lovely, small purple fluorite crystal (it looks like two crystals fused into one), which boasts colour zoning. The fluorite measures 5 mm on edge. All rest on a quartz and feldspar matrix. 

The fluorite crystal has a minute nick, while the quartz crystals have a few nicks, and there is damage to the sides of the specimen.
