Measurements: 67 x 49 x 32 mm Description: A druse of clear quartz crystals that displays well. The specimen has a faint tinge of champagne colouring. There are a number of double terminated crystals. A few crystals have phantoms, while the biggest crystal has a beautiful, prominent, shiny one. Some of the crystals are partly coated with a sand-like covering, possibly sandstone. The back of the specimen is covered with sandstone and hundreds of very minute quartz crystals, which gives it a glittering effect in light (image bottom left. The main crystal's termination has a few nicks, and a few of the minor crystals have damage to them. Despite the bit of damage, it is still a lovely specimen, with good lustre.
