Light Smoky Quartz Crystal on Matrix - VAR 045

Measurements:   38 x 33 x 24 mm

Description:  A light smoky quartz crystal (31 mm long) with a female termination, together with a small smoky quartz crystal, share a matrix of feldspar. 

The image (bottom, left) shows the underside of the specimen, with traces of mica.

The bigger quartz crystal has only the minutest of nicks, and a flaw near its base. The smaller crystal has a pressure mark.
